Communications support for turning a single-plaintiff verdict into public pressure for industry-wide reform. Kept general here by design — active work on these matters is confidential and matter-specific; nothing below identifies a bill, a state, or a client.
This is public-record and public-press work, not private advocacy — I don't register as a lobbyist, and I don't meet with legislators or their staff on a client's behalf. What I do is work the story: I'm based in Washington, DC, where the national press corps covering statute-of-limitations reform actually lives, and where I built those relationships first, as a reporter covering exactly this kind of story. When a hearing, a markup, or a bill introduction is already scheduled and already public, I make sure the reporters covering it have the case's facts before the defense's do.
If a case you're working has surfaced a legal barrier bigger than its own facts, let's talk about whether it's a reform effort worth building.
